II. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

The following data may be collected:

  • First and last name;
  • Delivery address and contact information (phone number, email);
  • Information regarding payments made.

III. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

The data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR—for the performance of the contract for the sale and delivery of fresh products.

IV. RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data will be stored for a period of 1 year after the order is fulfilled, unless the law requires a longer period (for accounting purposes).

V. PROTECTION AND SHARING

We use an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption. Data is shared only with courier companies (Econt/Speedy) and the payment system (Stripe) for the purpose of finalizing the order.
