Returns and Complaints

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COMPLAINTS

Since our products are food items and are prepared fresh, they cannot be returned without a valid reason (Art. 57, para. 4 of the Consumer Protection Act).

A complaint will only be accepted in the following cases:

  1. Damaged packaging upon delivery (please check with the courier!).
  2. Wrong product delivered.
