GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. SUBJECT MATTER AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between FITNESS CHEF RUSE Ltd., with its registered office and address of management: Ruse, 7 Todor Ikonomov St., Entrance 3, UIC 205703054, represented by Hristina Mihneva, hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier,” and the Users of delice-shop.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
  2. These General Terms and Conditions have been drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Commercial Act, and the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  3. By using the Site, the User declares that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them unconditionally.

II. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

5. The User is obligated to pay the price of the ordered goods and to provide accurate delivery information.

6. IMPORTANT: The consumer has no right to cancel the purchase (right of return within 14 days), as the products are food items with a short shelf life that are prepared to order and cannot be returned due to their nature (pursuant to Article 57, Paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act).

III. PRODUCTS, PRICES, AND DELIVERY

7. All products (cakes, cookies, etc.) are fresh and made to order.

8. Prices are listed in euros (EUR).

9. Delivery is provided by the courier companies Econt or Speedy.

10. The delivery fee is a flat rate of 3.99 EUR.

11. Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

IV. COMPLAINTS

12. Complaints are accepted only upon receipt of the product in the event of obvious defects, damaged packaging, or a wrongly delivered product.

13. In the event of a valid complaint, the Supplier will replace the product or refund the amount.

V. PAYMENT

14. The consumer may pay via cash on delivery or by debit/credit card (Stripe).

15. All payments are processed in euros (or the equivalent in Bulgarian levs at the bank’s/Stripe’s exchange rate).
